Job Title: Industrial Millwright - Spring Shutdown Maintenance

Project Duration: April 24 - April 29 (6 Days)
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, daily
Number of Positions: 3 Millwrights
Per Diem: GSA Rate - $178/day for 7 days if qualified
Mob/Demob: $1,500 total each way (in/out) if qualified
Pay Rate: 36/hour, Overtime after 8/day, Overtime all weekend hours




Position Overview:
System One is seeking experienced Industrial Millwrights for a 6-day spring shutdown maintenance project. This position requires skilled professionals capable of performing a wide range of tasks in an industrial environment. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and flexible in their duties.
Key Responsibilities: Execute maintenance and repair tasks as directed during shutdown
Perform a variety of skilled labor including: Millwright work
Grinding
Fiberglass insulation
Fire and hole watch duties
General and manual labor
Working from heights
Cleaning duties


Maintain compliance with all site safety procedures
Notify the site contact or designated representative before leaving the work area
Communicate all site matters through the site contact (except in emergencies)


Requirements: Mandatory Pre-Arrival Call: All workers must call the site contact before arriving onsite
Must be represented and identified as client contractor
Must bring and wear proper PPE: Hard hat (no vulgar stickers)
Safety glasses
Work gloves
Steel-toed boots
Long sleeve pants and shirt


No tobacco use permitted in the work area (including smokeless tobacco)
Personal phones and headphones may be restricted at the discretion of the site contact


Additional Notes: A phone call with the site contact is required the day prior to the start date to confirm the next morning's plan.
This is a temporary, intensive maintenance role with long shifts-ideal for workers seeking short-term, high-hour projects.
